1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 10 days from the delivery date.

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition received.

2. Return Process

• Provide your order number and reason for return.

• Ship the item back to us at Vraman Propertied Ltd, Athinon 9, Ergates Industrial Estate, 2643 Nicosia, Cyprus.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
